- Service: Compensation assistance provided by Resolvi.us for flight delays, cancellations, and denied boarding.
- User: Any person accessing or utilizing Resolvi.us services.
- Claim: A formal application submitted to an airline by Resolvi.us on behalf of a User for monetary compensation.
- Scope of Service
Resolvi.us acts as a mediator to help passengers claim compensation from airlines in accordance with:
- EC Regulation 261/2004 (EU Law)
- Montreal Convention (International Law)
- US Department of Transportation (DOT) Regulations
We simplify the claims process by handling legal documentation, communication, and negotiations with airlines on behalf of our Users.
- User Responsibilities
By using Resolvi.us services, the User agrees to:
- Provide complete and accurate flight information (flight numbers, dates, booking references).
- Submit required supporting documentation (boarding passes, tickets, correspondence with the airline).
- Avoid pursuing the same claim directly with the airline after initiating the process with Resolvi.us.
- Notify Resolvi.us if compensation is received directly from the airline.
- No Win, No Fee Policy
- Resolvi.us operates under a No Win, No Fee policy.
- If compensation is successfully secured, a service fee (percentage-based) will be deducted from the compensation amount.
- If the claim is unsuccessful, no fees will be charged.
- Payment Terms
- Successful compensation claims will be transferred to the User after deducting our service fee.
- Payments will be processed securely using the User’s preferred payment method.
- Intellectual Property Rights
- All content, including text, graphics, software, and logos on Resolvi.us, is the exclusive property of Resolvi.us and is protected by copyright laws.
- Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
- Data Protection and Privacy
- Resolvi.us complies with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and other relevant privacy laws.
- Personal data collected will be used exclusively for claim processing and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

- Limitation of Liability
- Resolvi.us will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
- We cannot guarantee a successful compensation claim due to external factors beyond our control, including airline insolvency or extraordinary circumstances.
- Termination of Services
Resolvi.us reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to services in cases of:

- Fraudulent or dishonest behavior by the User
- Failure to provide necessary documentation or cooperation
